  • The 14-day money back guarantee commences with receipt of the device(s).
  • The credit card is processed as a security deposit for the two-week period of use. It will be credited upon return of the device(s).
  • On or before the last day of this program, the client has the option of returning the device for a refund (less shipping) in resellable condition.
  • A return merchandise number (RMA #) is required before the shipment is returned.
  • In the event the client wishes to return the purchase, he/she must contact their representative to obtain the RMA # on or before the 14-day challenge program has expired.
  • The merchandise will be returned to the Los Angeles office.

Repairs:

The client will contact their representative to initiate the process for repairs.  Clients in Canada send their merchandise to Toronto; in the United States, the Los Angeles office.  An authorization number needs to be applied for.
